• This could happen if your mobile device does not connect to your home router during the registration process.
  • Reset the Smoke + Carbon Monoxide Alarm with Indoor Air Quality Monitor and start the registration process over.
To Reset the Device:
  • Press the button on the face of your Smoke + Carbon Monoxide Alarm with Indoor Air Quality Monitor for about 8 seconds and you will hear 3 consecutive beeps.
  • Upon release of the button, you should hear “Resetting Wireless Settings.
  • Ready to connect, follow quick start instructions.”
  • Your alarm is now factory reset.
  • Refer to the User Guide on how to set up your alarm.
