The reset function can be used to return the monitor to its factory settings and re-start the setup and enrollment processes.

Using a small pin or paper clip, press and hold the reset button on the side of the monitor for 5 seconds (until LED's start flashing).

Then unplug and reinsert the monitor into the power outlet to re-start the setup process.

Device should announce “Setup starting” upon power on.

Note: If the device is previously registered, ensure that the device is removed from he previous account/location. (If the account is not accessible, Please contact the support with Serial number or Mac address of the device)
