Ensure your monitor is located within range of your Wi-Fi router. A quick way to check this is by connecting your mobile phone to your Wi-Fi network and ensuring the signal strength is strong when positioned near the device.

Ensure that your RemoteLync account is verified.

If your Monitor is registered previously,
Ensure that the device is deleted from the user account/location. If the user account is no
longer accessible, contact customer support to remove the device from your previous account.
