If your Home Router (SSID) is not visible during the provisioning of Smoke + Carbon Monoxide Alarm with smart features, try the following options:
  • If other Routers in the vicinity are visible and your Home Router is not visible, Refresh the page (pull down the page) for your SSID to be visible.
  • Ensure that your Home Router and your Smoke + Carbon Monoxide Alarm with smart features is within Range
  • Turn off and Turn on your Mobile Wi-Fi
  • Ensure that your Home Router is operating on 2.4 GHz (5 GHz Wi-Fi connections are not supported)
  • If your Home Router is still not visible on the App, ensure that your Home Router is operating on channel 1-11 only. Channel 12 & 13 are not compatible
