Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Contact RemoteLync customer support via support@RemoteLync.com if you would like to return a RemoteLync camera. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1-Year Replace or Repair Parts Warranty
If you run into any problems with your RemoteLync camera we'll either fix it or replace it. We'll even cover the shipping costs.
