Help, my camera is stuck in a loop saying "Unable to connect to your Wi-Fi network"
This can happen if the RemoteLync camera has the wrong Wi-Fi credentials or you've moved out of range of your Wi-Fi network. Redo the camera setup to resolve.
I just need to make the noise stop right now
Hold down the camera's button for approximately 20 seconds with no USB power connected. During this time the indicator light will flash amber and red. When the indicator is solid red release the button and you will get audio confirmation from the RemoteLync camera that it is in sleep mode. To wake the RemoteLync camera up from sleep mode simply connect the device to USB power.
Note: the buttons will not respond if the camera is armed. First disarm the camera using your smartphone app.
